Our stay was very nice. Clean and cosy room. Easy check in and great service.
Stayed last night, nice and clean, bed was a lil hard for me but great for one night, shower is lovely and clean, lovely fresh bedding, all in all great! Thank You, we will be returning
Considering the price we paid I mainly only have positive things to say. The rooms are appropriately furnished, all en-suite and nicely located. Fresh clean towel and face towel. Clean foot mat rolled up in shower tray ready to be used. TV and hair drier and nescafe coffee provided. Easy access to building through keypad, and wifi presumably accessable through WPS function of router on ground floor. If you have a car there is free overnight parking. Parking gets cheaper further away you get from the centre. However roll of carpet on stairs is a hazard, but is only temporary as is being used for renovations. Shattered secure socket in room for bedside lamp and toilet cistern not doing a full flush. I will happily return and I will be excited to see further progress being made.
1st things 1st it is a cheap hotel and that will obviously reflect in the quality. The staff at the hotel were more than helpful, clear instructions on how the door entry’s work,etc. Helped me with the tv remote straight away when asked. En suite shower worked perfectly, huge double comfy bed, tea facilities, toilet worked perfectly etc. There is a little noise at night but you are in the centre of Brighton so that is to be expected, if you don’t like noise then you should get into a higher floor room at a hotel and not a converted house type. But overall I was very impressed with the facilities and position of the hotel, 2 mins from the beach, 2 mins from the town centre
Warm, fairly comfortable room in a fantastic location and as booked just a couple of days before, a crazy cheap price! Admin side poor, no email received til I rang on our arrival.
Excellent budget hotel, worth the money. We were met and escorted by a friendly manager. The room has a kettle (tea, coffee and sugar), iron and hair dryer. Soundproofing as in all hotels in England. Very convenient location, five minutes to the sea.
Still here and checking out tomorrow. Read some of the reviews and dont agree with them at all. This is an inexpensive place to stay in an awesome location. No more no less did what it says. Check in and out is simple room is clean, little chilly but it is freezing outside so all good. If I was to say anything negative would be no soap, so I just went and borght one ..lol nice place thanks.
